Important to remember while pulling Friedkin to shreds that 75% of us voted for a bid where we don't even know the names of a single person involved. We have no idea what would've been under the hood there.

Smart investment is always possible. We can easily be challenging for Europe again with a few decent deals.Success ?im just interested in survival , loans and free transfers will catch up with you eventually
Yes.If we're run properly Roma won't be able to match our revenues.

Um, Roma had revenue of 200m euros and spent over 400m in 21/22. In last years accounts they had revenue of 270m and spent about 370m.Doesn’t seem like Roma have spent much since he’s been there
None of that takes away from my point.
Roma currently have a higher revenue than us.

Hopefully he'll get us moving commercially. If we're run properly Roma won't be able to match our revenues.

If we all do that and it happens... Do we share the 5m pot? @AndyCJust voted for Friedkin. Something tells me he'll be granted exclusivity in the next 24-48 hours.
400 million on transfers ? Are you sure ?Um, Roma had revenue of 200m euros and spent over 400m in 21/22. In last years accounts they had revenue of 270m and spent about 370m.
I would call spending 400m a year a LOT.

I dont think either Everton or Roma will be a feeder club, both are of similar value and have similar revenue.
Friedkin has a networth of 6.1 billion according to those who track such things. That would jump us up the rich leaderboard. He owns Gulf States Toyota that produces 8 billion in revenue each year. Friedkin pumped a lot of money into Roma for years, as they competed with Juventus to see who could lose the most money. Two years ago they lost over 200m euros, and lost 99m euros last season. It may be he wants two bites of the cherry. Of course the worry is that sounds like what Moshiri did. The pro is that unlike Moshiri he isnt poor, he actively creates massive revenue each year with his other businesses, has already laid out a plan for Roma that seems good business sense, and can continue to actively fund teams losses for as long as he pleases.
Well we have no need to make this a penis measuring contest, let us embrace the warm bosom of our Italian friends in an act of friendship, not warfare.Marginally, and they've been in Europe.
We've not been plus have not yet moved stadia.
The fact we're in touching distance of revenues of them speaks volumes.
If we're run properly Roma won't be able to match our revenues.
True, have to say though I did enjoy them few seasons were we spent a few quid , not so much how they turned out thoughSmart investment is always possible. We can easily be challenging for Europe again with a few decent deals.
