That's terrible. As partner in a city law firm we get put under ridiculous amounts of pressure all of the time in our day to day work. To pinpoint her unfortunate situation on one deal without any knowledge of her personal situation is highly irresponsible and unethical. But he will look for any straw to justify his own position.
