He would not be unwelcome playing for us, not only is Moyes a better manager at reviving careers than Rafael is, there is also the link with Heitinga and Pienaar. If we dont get Donovan back, and if there is a fire sale there because of a failure to get in the CL, we could definately do worse.

Rafael has a knack for making good players bad. A few that come to mind are Bellamy, Lucas (who, most might not remember, was once the Brazilian Player of the Year), and currently Maxi & Babel. Kinda surprised in Maxi's case given Benitez's Spanish style of play.
