Wildlife in your Garden

In
my book that puts you in the Percy Thrower category.
Not quite - he is dead - I just get by - note he was the first ever millionaire horticulturist his heineken advert plus opening his own chan of garden centres- My foreman's mate from Liverpool Corporation worked alongside him - stated he was a bit of a fraud..... knowledge wise......
the only wildlife I have in my garden are birds nests, and greenfly which I spray ......

I think it must have generally given birds and especially wildlife the chance to flourish. Still doesn't prevent the lurking moron getting through... the poor swan shot and killed whilst protecting her nest at Stadt Moers Park, Prescot. God...the insanity of that. Vile horrible sadist...should be taught a lesson and not via a fine.

People like that are sociopaths. They need locking up, the end result is going to be bad regardless.

With what?

Ponds are ace for wildlife. It’ll be where that damselfly came from. We have a 10ft by 3 ft pond and without touching it, within 2 years it had frogs, toads and newts in it. Added some minnows and there are also all kinds of bugs like pondskaters and whirligig bugs in there

Got one side of the front finished, stopped for a coffee and then on to the second part. Another hour will do me. I will save the back for tomorrow.
It is a quiet news day.
Does anybody remember Friday being a day when you looked forward to the weekend.

I have all sorts in my back yard. From these fellas, some venomous. To opossums, skunks, Raccoons, lizards, fire ants, and many others. My favourites are the fire flies, bright red cardinals and hummingbirds.
No idea what kind of snake that is, have you tried killing it with fire? Or maybe burning your house down and moving away? I'm certain the solution involves fire.
