When we moved to our house I was tidying up some chopped logs and I heard a hissing sound ,knowing there were snakes I was careful but it was winter anyway when I lifted a few more it was a bat .I returned the logs and have no idea if it was fine but it had gone in the spring -eaten ? dunnoPretty sure I've seen a bat the last few days flying around behind my summerhouse just after dark.

I'm against culling animals and pets but sometimes you just have to make exceptions.I see a parrot in the r/s garden next door, he puts it out there when the weather is nice. We don't talk anymore since he caught me teaching it to sing GOT.
It's called Klopp, that's as good excuse as any.I'm against culling animals and pets but sometimes you just have to make exceptions.

Wood pigeon flew into our downstairs window. It wasn't badly injured as it flew away but we have the perfect imprint of it on the window. We have also, in the past, had an owl and sparrow hawk do the same thing. The wood pigeon hit the window just behind where I was sitting. Really made me jump as it was one serious impact.
