That's it then...just move to the next target. Pointless keep taking to them because unless we offer them stupid fees, they will just not sell the player. If what we offered them is accurate (20 millions plus), it is a fair value based on his current level...20 millions can get you a good player in europe.

There is no way villa would have much more room for a significant signing from a ffp perspective. They're probably already playing it very close to the limit, if not beyond. He will stay at Leeds, and Leeds will sell next summer for even less money than what we offered as I am not so sure they will go up this year. They need money for signings, but don't want to sell any of their best players.
