Will Koeman get the boot today?

Sacked today

Tectonic plates move quicker than Everton. No chance it will be today, probably won't happen after we crash out of the cup against Chelsea either as that will be a game that Moshiri expects us to lose. Think it will be after the Leicester game if we don't get a result there at the earliest.

At this point of the season, during the short lived Mike Walker tenure in 1994, we have scored the exact same amount of goals, albeit with four points more.

It took four more games before Walker was sacked.

Make of that what you will.

Nope, we need to be out of all the cup competitions and stone cold bottom of the PL before anything will be done. Which of course will be too late.

We are caught up in a paradox whirlpool : while Koeman remains in charge, every game is an expected loss...

...and thus he remains.

It's an 'Alice through the Looking Glass' experience

Everton that.

We won the FA cup that season mate.

Plus I believe it will be another 4 games before he is sacked as the next 3 games can be termed "expected" losses.

Plus I believe that, when it happens, Unsy and a certain Mr Royle will be appointed as joint caretaker managers initially, and that will be extended until the end of the season after an immediate turnaround in results and performance.

Do you believe in fate?

It's on lads;)

He will get till Christmas, something I thought should happen, not anymore though. He's lost the fans, and I wouldn't normally use the word 'majority' because I couldn't prove it, but it does actually look like Koeman has lost the backing of the majority of fans. The Park end literally empty with 10 mins or so to go was something you never see.

He got his chance from the home game against Burnley up till yesterday. There is no improvement. It’s a shame after what’d happen last season and I think his time is up. His stubbornness of not playing certain players/wingers and the insistence on playing in a system which does not work cause him his job.

Wish he was gone, but can't see it yet as are board aren't ruthless enough.
Kenwrights whole claim to fame is he gives his manager time , worked in the case of Moyes up to a point , didn't with bobby suspect it will be the same with Keoman, leave it to late we are on trouble.
