Those people were insane. But let's not pretend that's the same as wanting someone with little managerial experience and a poor record at our club sacked.
How do we build if we keep sacking managers? Yes Lampard makes mistakes all managers do. Even the best managers Pep, Carlo, Conte, Alex Ferguson.

Will Frank become good?? No idea but it’s worth sticking with him

But even the suggestion of it winds me up! ?

That’s modern football I guess.

I like Frank, he was an incredible player, so when you need your team to be good, having an ex incredible player is a good start, especially one that some players will remember from growing up.

I want Frank him to succeed and generally believe that if he can take us to Europe, he won’t stop there and by that point he’ll have well and truly have been touched by the club. I don’t think one good season and a huge club could pull him away. He knows he’s got potentially 20 more years of football management should he choose .

I will never call for his head until I see first hand proof in real life that he’s lost his managerial mind. He will always know more about the players than we do, and doesn’t have to justify his team selections to us because of it.

As time moves on, the world and media however, will ignore the facts of everything I just posted, and instead change the last part into a daily measurement metric of success based on how much of themselves they have influenced into creating more news stories. This is why when people post they think he will get the sack, its not because they want it, it’s because in modern football the media affects peoples perception so much, pressure dictates actions.

If we lose our next 2 games, the machine will go up a gear, the internet again on fire, and the owner and board we have will play their usual role. Quite simply because they will be looking at the numbers. It’ll be justified using the excuse of not repeating what happened last season.

He got a result today, many saying we wouldn’t get anything today, will have a striker next game who leads the press
