What an embarrassing excuse for a thread. Transfer window's not even closed yet. Lampard's just spent the summer rebuilding the squad. The Board have backed him to do this, and to make wholesale changes. The idea that they would then sack him before the season's half way through is ludicrous beyond belief. Anyone who voted yes needs to give themselves a serious talking to.

I don't fault him for the bad defensive lapses but he needs to be more flexible with his formation and not be so content to sit on a 1 goal lead
