I think at the moment fitness is the only thing that will stop Nadal, he's a very special player. All of which is a shame as I'm a Federer kinda guy but unfortunately he's a shadow of his former self. I think Nadal has beaten him down over the past 18 months.

Conveniently he announced it after the seedings, so Fed and Murray don't go up to 1 and 2 - they are scheduled to meet in the semis.

Wimbledon without Nadal is like Wimbledon without Henman. One dimensional players like Mr Powerbaseliner and Mr not very good. Surely the best tennis competition in the world should be about skill, finesse and the capability to mix it up, not just grunting and muscle.
