Wimbledon without Nadal?

Wimbledon without Nadal is like Wimbledon without Henman. One dimensional players like Mr Powerbaseliner and Mr not very good. Surely the best tennis competition in the world should be about skill, finesse and the capability to mix it up, not just grunting and muscle.
Federer for the win, Murray out versus someone more mobile and a lot less pressure on them.

Sorry, you sir know absolutely nothing about Tennis.

If you think the only thing Nadal has going for him is power you haven't a clue.

AND, also, someone more mobile than Murray? Save perhaps Nadal, Murray is easily the fastest player across the court.

Last year was a bit of a fluke for Nadal anyways, Federer won it 5 years straight beforehand, so I reckon he was always the man to beat on the grass.

Murray's got a good chance, he's been in great form this season, but Roddick's got a very good record at Wimbledon and guys like Hewitt, Tsonga (apparently his cousin's Charles N'Zogbia) & Djokovic could pull something out of the bag.

For the women's - I'm not fussed, but more of this from Agnes Szavay would be nice!

The Williams brothers contested another final yesterday and Federer has his walk over today. FFS, that's unwatchable. Is Wimbledon getting as predictable as the Premier League?

Not exactly a walkover. Didn't look like he would lose at any time though. b)

Roddick is on his way back. He looked like his former self. Murray and Roddick will push Nadal and Federer to make the top two the top four. Federer was unbelievable 50 aces thats unheard off and he needed every last one.

We are still to see the best years of Roddick in my opinion. His back hand is no longer a weakness, he showed us numerous times it's now more of a weapon!

Next years rankings, end of the year will be:

Number 1 - Andy Murray
Number 2 - Rafael Nadal
Number 3 - Roger Federer
Number 4 - Andy Roddick.

Put money on it.

Andy Murray will shine.

Federer's French Open and Wimbledon wins mask the overall trend: he passed his peak in 2007. All the talk of him going on to win another three or four slam titles is ridiculous. He cant hold back the tide, and he'd have won fcuk all in the last two months had Nadal been fit. As for Murray, I think he'll pick up either this Autumn's U.S. Open or the Australian Open in the Winter. He wont be held back for too much longer.

Spot on about Murray mate. He's awesome. Don't care how miserable he is. THE best back hand in today's game.

Murray's only weakness that I see is his composure. Solve that and he is good to claim the top spot. I agree with Bruce Nadal now has to overcome these injuries which are tough to bounce back from. Federer will be a factor for at least another season.

Azzbot keen eye on Roddick and his ability to not lose his composure. I not riding the train like some of my friends to reclaim the #1 spot yet but if he continues to advance like his backhand has done over the course of the year. Watch out.(y)
