The preformance was the important thing today, particularly when we went down to ten men. We looked like a team who cared and who wanted to try and win. If we keep that up and bring in our recent purchases then we are going to be fine.
We need to buy Marco Silva a coat.

In some ways the sending off may be a positive. It's possible that even with 11 men we would have conceded possession late in the game and given up a winning position, then it would be seen as a disappointing performance, this way it's a brilliant backs to the wall display which sets us up for the season ahead.

Jagielka shouldn’t have given the ref the chance to give him a red. All he had to do was control a ball.... not that hard! For me i think its a red just because he’s last man aswel.

I’d like to see bernard put some pressure on walcott’s place in the team.

Also i think siggy had a poor game, looked laboured on the ball and slowed us down.

Still fuming at Tosun for shooting instead of slipping Walcott in. Wolves barely wanted to know there, we should’ve won. They’re in trouble this season.

On paper though, given that we were away and with 10 men it’s a good result. Be even better once we get the new lads in.
