I've been abroad for 20 years but I'm guessing the super scouse Whiston bellend accent still exists. Hate it. Accent gets weaker for Prescot but the try hard nobs in Whiston had to be super scouse before you hit Rainhill and like St Helens and Brown Edge lol. Mad wools. What we really need is a Scouseness scale, so we can have a unambiguous appreciation of the scousest of scousers amongst us,
Grade 1 - Peak Scouser (eg stillryan)
Grade 2 - Scally Scouser (eg Paddy the Baddy)
Grade 3 - Boss Scouser (eg John Lennon)
Grade 4 - jarg scouser (eg Tarby)
Grade 5 - plazzy scouser (eg John Bishop)
I approve of this map given how much it will upset some of the upstanding residents of Huyton, Kirkby
full of wools that placeand Whiston.
.
Knowsley's finest.
This is a topic which warrants an in-depth cultural discussion.I've been abroad for 20 years but I'm guessing the super scouse Whiston bellend accent still exists. Hate it. Accent gets weaker for Prescot but the try hard nobs in Whiston had to be super scouse before you hit Rainhill and like St Helens and Brown Edge lol. Mad wools.
Imagine being them!Having successfully decided where “Wool” starts, how far does “Wool” stretch? Is it a defined area in the North West? or does it include the rest of the World?
Here are some “Not ordinary” Kopite Wools to demonstrate the quandary.

A Millie?Does Norn Iron count as Wool?
@chicoazul has to be fuming over this.I could have also used this one, but wanted to remain diplomatic and uncontroversial.
