Worst Midlands football team

Some people say to me that the only good thing to ever come out of the midlands was heavy metal and it is now a cultural void, populated by sweaty flag shaggers and people that talk like simpletons.
I couldn’t possibly agree but who is the worst football team from this toilet area?

What about Walsall, Stoke, Nottingham Forest?

Walsall don't count.

Stoke is in the North, but the North doesn't want it so skulks around the outer Midlands. Port Vale suffer this curse by geography. They should just form a mini league of no man's land teams with Crewe and Macclesfield.

Forrest can't be included as they are being weird about being called Notts Forest.

Actually, they have a weird rivalry with your lot don't they? Something about bragging rights about being scriffiest fans / Albions former owners funnelling money from their trucking business into the club and being bad debtors to Stokies working in the trucking world.

So I'm told. I'm not too sure as the lad in question was simultaneously trying to shout rude things about Albion and chew on his oatcake.

Are you talking West Midlands County or the wider region? If this, Leicester can't be included.

If the forner, you need to include Shrewsbury Town, Walsall, the Clay city clubs, Hereford Utd, Derby, Notts Forest and Nottingham County, Northampton Town, and Derby Forest too.

After Wolves and Villa they our most hated team, Stoke, Wolves , Baggies and Walsall are all historically Staffordshire too
