After Wolves and Villa they our most hated team, Stoke, Wolves , Baggies and Walsall are all historically Staffordshire too

I beg to differ. It's important the likes of Stoke, Derby and Northampton et al have their chance to be recognised in the pantheon of Midlands ferrets.

Are you talking West Midlands County or the wider region? If this, Leicester can't be included.

If the forner, you need to include Shrewsbury Town, Walsall, the Clay city clubs, Hereford Utd, Derby, Notts Forest and Nottingham County, Northampton Town, and Derby Forest too.

I was working on this all night. Collecting data from a variety of sources and these clubs were clearly the top scruffs. Make Stoke fans look like metropolitan woke academics.

I love the pottery from Stoke, the intricate lace work of Northampton and the grand Villas of Aston. I admire the forests of Nottinghamshire and the baltis of west Brom and who could disagree with crisps of Leicester.

I also admire whatever Wolverhampton's famous for.
