I think there's another thread emerging here: regions with the best representation in the popular medium of Television.

Do you ever see anything in Leicester? No.

The representation of people from Liverpool (I hate the term scouser tbh) in the media has created 'das überscousen' that frequent the pit from far and wide all acting like a Joey Boswell or Harry Enfield character living up to every negative trait portrayed.
With not one iota of irony or self awareness.
