A completely freak accident, but the one that David Busst suffered is the worst post tackle I've seen. Think I was about 11, never forgot it

A more recent example was Son on Gomes: chased him halfway down the pitch and had two goes at fouling him before deliberately breaking the ankle on the third attempt. Absolutely disgusting.

Yep, another one who should have been done for assault. I can also remember a very bad one by Dave McKay playing for Spurs, but can't recall who the the victim was.

Thought it was going to cost us but thankfully Gray showed up and we won the League.

I'm not sure if that is the one I am thinking about, I only saw it on the telly and he had form for taking people out, but I remember him sticking his barrel chest out as if he had done something to be proud of. He was a nasty player.

I still get vexed about the fact that no-one has ever given Son the payback he deserves.
