i would like the board to give moyes 25m to spend and only the fringe players like naismith and gueye sold and the money added to the 25m and see what he does with it,Hopefully he buys 3 quality players and a couple of free players and see where he can take us.As alot of people say he could go to a so-called bigger club and fail or suceed. In my view 3 more quality players would take us to the next level and changing manager now and most probably starting all again could take another 10 years. So its down to the board to back him or let him walk.If they don't back him,he will be off and we will have to start all again.

He has consistently outperformed dozens of managers over eleven years. I haven't ever said that nobody could do the job he has done, but i sincerely doubt that the board who have led the club so well since 1999 will get lucky twice and find another manager with his ability in the transfer market.

I won't be "happy" until Kenwright is gone.
And unfortunately, as Bill isn't going anywhere, this.

Why must Everton be the only PL side married to Moyes for life ?
If he was so great as many believe why has no so called BIG CLUB made any offer yet ?
the man is after all without a contract - how more marketable can you be ?

Yep. He's not hot property because he consistently loses the key games....everyone recognises this. The big teams need a chief who can win the big games more then lose them.

Moyes, like most ex-Everton players, will only find his status slipping after leaving us. Everton have a mystical magical effect on players and managers alike, making them appear better than they really are.

Disclaimer: obviously there's a couple of exceptions ffs
