Ok lads I'm sold ,so i asked my daughter could I buy one for our Harry for Xmas only to be told I bought him one last month(birthday) and his Dad has been on it more than the grandson so I will properly get one for myself so he has it to play when he comes here we have him every weekend I think Im losing it though I remember my daughter asking me for my card to buy his present but not what or how much it costYou haven't heard of 'home' then.
I heard that trying to watch a dvd on the xbox was akin to torture by whirring sounds. Where be my ps3 purrs like a kitten when I pop in my blu ray.
DVD is the new VHS.

I have to agree there I have a number of different consoles but only play DVDs on a DVD playerIf I wanted to watch a DVD I'd put it my DVD player... I own a console to play games on... not to watch movies.
It's funny how sony fanboys always use... does the xbox have <enter something completely none console related here>. It's a games console it plays games and some good ones at that.
as of right now you can't surf the net on the 360... but that is probably about to change.
this is just a question but does the xbox support divx? and can it play movies and stuff on its browser of off thge net?
as they updated the ps3 a couple of days ago so it does this and if i goe to ovguide i can watch most of the movies on it in full screen on my 37" tv and the pic is fooking great!
so was just wandering wether the xbox has this?
not starting an argument just curius and cant be arsed too check!
lol
It can, so long as the computer has the right codecs. My xbox can stream any media from my computer onto my 42" tv. I have never tried streaming a movie from the internet, but I don't see it being a problem.
Does anyone game on their PC anymore or is it just me?
Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?
Syndicate on the Amiga was superb.
