Hes obviously decided hes sitting out his last season here. Its annoying but we can hardly blame him. Be surprised he makes more than 5 benches this season.
He’s just being supportive of the club, as he has been since he walked through the door. Proper weird the fan view of this lad.

Hes been out on loan but didn't perform. There's unlikely to be any takers other than another loan and I dont think he wants a championship loan. So not much we can do.
As long as he continues to train well then no one can complain too much. The issue was his contract was far too long. He should have already left.

But that’s not his fault is it? Just baffled by the hate he gets. We’ve got loads of average players but he’s never moaned, been on 3 loans since his injury and loves to be positive about the club. I think it’s clear the club are trying to sell him but let’s get off the lads back suggesting he’s happy sat on his arse for a year when his history suggests he isn’t.

No its koeman or Walsh or whoever decided to offer it obviously. Its held us back a lot.
He has every right to stay another season. But I dont think you can argue hes staying here to play like. If he stays here then I'd be surprised he gets 3 appearances all season.
People have to want you for you to leave. You’re making it sound like he’s rejected moves this Summer.

So you're basically kids should never play for a first team anywhere if there's a relatively expensive player in the squad?
I'm genuinely not saying anything. I have no idea what offers there's been.
Its pretty simple for me. He has every right to decide to stay and see out his contract if he wants. But if he wants to play this season then he'll have to move.
I know deals are hard and his wages are obviously the stumbling block to a move, but thats the facts.
