If he plays well, keeps clear of injury and contributes positively to our team morale, goals tally and results, then he'll prove to be a good signing.

If on the other hand, he doesn't perform to the level expected of him and/or has issues with attitude and discipline etc, then he'll prove to be a poor signing.

I really think it's that simple with signings like this. Well, every signing really.

Season before last Bolasie 34 games - 4 goals - 11 assists. 2 more than Deulofeu managed last season, and 2 more than Barkley managed last season from playing in the number 10 role.

£25M is a ridiculous fee to throw at that feller. His goals and assists are woeful at Palace. Still, the Echo reckons he's boss at 'take ons' and 'tekkers', so that'll do I suppose.

I hope he is a great success and does here what he has never managed to do elsewhere. But there's no one on this forum who actively would have wanted Bolasie in at the start of this transfer window.
