I had to create an account because I came here to see what the fans would think and its not what I expected.
As an outsider I thought he was one of your best attackers. Lukaku was building a formidable partnership with him. Yes he is frustrating sometimes with trying to many tricks but he was dangerous.

How?

Seriously......how will his absence "hurt us big time"?

He has had the odd good touch and occasionally crosses the ball in from the wing.

Most the time however he is anonymous.

When he went off yesterday the team came to life.

He has been an awful waste of money IMO.

That was more to do with going 442 and Utd dropping deeper as the game wemt on.

Right now i'd rather have Bolasie than Geri as they are both inconsistent but Geri gets out muscled more often than not, he's a bit more predictable so easier to mark and when he loses the ball he throws a little tantrum, where as Bolasie will sprint back trying to recover it.

There's a big difference between the 2 at the minute but I guess now we will find out if Geri has developed.

And we can fetch Aidso back from loan

Come on Aiden....now is the hour ;)

Is this finally NIASSE TIME???

Alas I think not.

No, I think we will go with Mirallas and Del for a few weeks with Lennon to come off the bench, then Depay will go straight into the first team. Or put Ross out wide and give him less responsibility is another option.

I don't think we have to worry about Snivelley getting the nod here after Sunday. He's just too awful.

Or we could get Robben in on the most tenuous of Dutch links and that will do just fine.

Yayyyy......it is NIASSE TIME :celebrate:

I look forward to seeing Del and Kev on the wings this weekend with Valencia supporting Rom.

Very sorry for the lad, hope he makes as quick and full a recovery as possible.

His loss however must see one of Mirallas, Deulofeu or even Lennon grab the opportunity to claim the starting role, but only strong, meaningful performances will cement such a claim.
