The problem with Bolasie is that when he receives the ball he doesn't seem to have the football brain to think about the quick pass to the next man or the give & go created by the guy who passed it to him.
Both Baines & Seamus can play this way but Bolasie cant so it kills all forward momentum so we end up playing it backwards for the inevitable hoof.

You're right, an 18 yr old kid, kid being the operative word. He needs to go and get a footballing education before he pulls on another royal blue jersey.

The part in the first half when he had the ball, tried something, didn't pull it, could've laid it back to Baines....didn't and tried again only to lose the ball and leave Baines fuming.

Used to love watching our full backs bomb on to support our winger. This fella just kills any chance of that happening, or any cohesion in the final third.

Type of player a relegation team would build their attack around because he's capable of producing something out of nothing. Complete liability for a side in top 10.

It's why he was at Palace and wasn't even their best winger then

Still the most bizarre of all the terrible signings. It isn't even like he came in on the back of a fluke season, or even a few months of good form. He's always been a nothing, bottom end of the league player, and is considerably worse than the wingers that were already here when he arrived.

Prentice calls it a ‘conundrum’. Easiest one ever to solve - sell him.
Says he needs to find ‘consistency.’ Like he’s suddenly going to find that in his late 20’s after a cruciate injury.

Strange. When Bolassie was in his first spell with us, I was called nasty names for suggesting he wasn't very good. He hasn't improved any, and here he is being vilified left right and centre. I agree he is crap and should never be near our team. Sam says he needs time to get back to..... what? Maybe he meant full fitness. Part of our cull if there is going to be one.
