Not acceptable
Because our 'tactic' (you know from the tactical genius koeman) was for players to ALWAYS pass to Bolasie who would run forward then boot the ball anywhere apart from where our players were. On the off chance lukaku took the ball off him lol he got an assist.
First off, where's your actual evidence for any of this, you bad child botherer?

Second - Bolasie took the ball off Lukaku to score that one time against Burnley (?), not the other way around.

Third - if Barkley hadn't missed slotting about 5 chances over 2 games last season we'd be saying Bolasie did much better. I know it's a lot of "if's but's and maybe's" like that, but honestly did you watch us play? He was obviously instructed to put crosses in an area and consistently did so, the fact people got on the end of them and have heads and feet shaped like a 50p coin and can't control a shot isn't really up to him, is it?

Not his biggest fan, but the criticism he gets is so OTT, just because of a price tag. Can't wait for Sigurdsson to be next too (after Sandro, Klaasen and Keane right now, naturally, as we obviously can only complain about players gradually, starting from price, nothing else).

He gets it. The Everton way. :D

Also think he can be good, his record with us wasn’t exactly dreadful considering they were all playing badly - plus Rom nicked one of his ‘goals’ IIRC

I like him, seems a decent sort.

He has pace which this team is dying out for. But, i would not expect an immediate improvement to the team. He will need time to get upto full fitness and the current shape of the team needs to change.

If our other players could shoot/head properly last season he'd have got even more assists in only a few months. Sure it doesn't always come off but if it did every time he definitely would be at someone better than us.

Regardless of how we line-up we seem to play a 10-1 formation so it will be good to have a little pace at the back to make up for our current CB pace issue.

Honestly think he and Coleman will make an instant difference when they're back. Yannick himself tweeted a photo recently of them together on the training pitch saying that he 'can't wait for this'. If anything his attitude is spot on, clearly desperate to start playing again.
