Either you accept the EPL is one of the best and competitive leagues in the world or a player is gash because FIFA 1234 says so... Personally I would not pay anyplayer £80k a week, but there we are.

Im not sure how this post is relevant to discussing the usefulness of Bolasie.

If we all had a whip round and covered his £80k+ a week wages he could mow the winner of a lucky dips lawn...

But you know the grass wouldnt be even...

He is a good outlet, has pace which all defenders hate. He is alright, he ain't no Bale or Rolnaldo, when they played on the wing but its going to be some time before we can bring in that known calibre of player. But remains to be seen if he regain the football attributes before the injury.

Exactly the point is, " what is he"?

He had no " football attributes " before his knee popped mate, all he had was being able to run quickly in a straight line and step overs, which usually ended up with him being tackled or falling over.

I'd like to think that for his reported wages of 80k a week, we should be getting a bit more than pointless step overs.

Plus he puts incredible pressure on the full back behind him, due to his over all gashness.

In the bin.
This brought to mind Phil Neville who could run in a straight line but not fast, did step overs but not well ..... Phil could point though, - haven't seen Bolasie's scores on the Pointing Index yet?

Silva reportedly wants rid of him. I will never be able to get over us paying £30m for a championship standard player and if we do somehow find someone mad enough to take him of our hands (please help us China) it would be the most popular undisclosed fee ever received by a football club.

I completely agree , I just want him off the wage bill.

Terrible player.

Well he considered West Ham.
Who? Pelegrini? Obviously, it's a decent challenge in a great city and he's still getting a huge amount of money even though he's taken a pay cut. It's not as if he could go to West Ham and take them down; he'd obviously been given money to improve them and sees it as an interesting project. Can't blame him for that.

Or you mean Bolasie? If so, never heard that.
