I actually thought he did better against the RS then he did against. I was always against his signing because o& his lack of goals. You need productivity in those wide forward areas. Especially now that we have lost our 25 goal a season striker

Goals are important but you can get away with someone in those forward positions who keeps things ticking over and retains the ball, in the fashion of Pienaar. Bolasie just isn't capable of that. He just isn't good enough to be the player he wants to be.
 
I obviously don't rate him, and I thought he was terrible again today. However...

One bit of credit to him today and it basically rescued the point. He read the flicked clear header from the initial cross so he took a step back to collect the ball quickly. Without doing that, he's turning and chasing and the chance is over - as it stood, he could get the ball in to Walcott and that created the goal.

So, again, we're bailed out by one bit of quality in the midst of 97 minutes of pure crap.
 

Saw more of 'the good and bad of Yannick Bolasie' today. Undoubtedly provided an outlet on the left but could've done more, although he did start the move which lead up to the equaliser.
 
He was Crap before he got injured bar the odd decent ball

Was hailed as our saviour by some when he came back ( god knows why )

I know he won't be fully fit yet but I don't think he's any good

Summed up by someone in the phonein describing him as someone who runs like he' got a wash machine on his back
