..I’m not keen on complicated footballers and he’s a complicated footballer. He might do something out of the ordinary to win a football match but I fear that’s as much to do with luck as judgement.

I’m sure the club would be delighted to recoup £28m. I suspect he’d be more effective used as a substitute.

He’s not complicated eggs, he’s just not good. His step overs are massively overshadowed by his inability to play football and poor technique

...I think a comparison with Walcott is useful. Walcott is uncomplicated, an easy mover who gets behind his marker and gets goals. Bolasie is all arms and legs who hits a hopeful cross or shot. He should’ve scored in the first half. I agree with you.

For a professional footballer his technique is appalling. If he didn’t have pace he’d be playing Sunday league football

He overhit, or misplaced 90% of the balls he played, that is just not good enough whether he was the only one to take the responsibility to put balls in or not.
Honestly I'd argue you should always have a player attacking the back post on a cross, which is where Bolasie tends to land them.

Having two men attack the same area on front post whilst the rest of the box is free is baffling.

The OG/Walcott backpost push for example was what we should be doing more.

ok ok ok , you don't like him!

weve won today and he had an input, would be nice to hear some positives for once instead of getting on players backs 24/7

Maybe Bolaise should look up before crossing it then mate, instead of hit and hoping?

Still not sure I rate him but this was his best performance in Blue and he was MOM even before he sprinted back the length of the pitch to put a cracking tackle in to snuff out a dangerous looking counter.
