Seem a bit thin on CB links apart from this fella, hoping that its more a case of cards close to our chest, Richarlison was pretty out the blue (even though loads of us thought we would be back in for him) in terms of media links.

Hoping we have a few backups cos the defence is massively concerning... Michael "turns like the titanic" Keane scares me.....

CB is the absolute priority. Baines can do a job, supported by maybe Robinson. We are overstocked in midfield although lack standout quality. Our front 4 look great and with Lookman, Sandro, Mirallas, Bolasie, Dowell, Vlasic we have an abundance of options.

With options of Keane (still not writing him off just yet), Holgate (promise, but a lot to learn so can't be first choice), Williams (fat loser), Jags (decent as a 4th choice), Pennington (nowhere near premier league quality) we have one of the worst options and combinations in the league.

We need at least one, quality, starting CB.

After that we should look at LB.
