What he needs is a top class CB alongside who can organise him mate. Doubt either of the others are or will become that player.

I have hope that Keane and to an extent Zouma could develop into that player. I think Zouma's style would suit him better.

It's hard though isn't it mate to go and find (and pay for) another lad at the level Mina could be at. I think Keane and/or Zouma could be that player. They are all still young for Centre backs. All are younger than Lescott/Jagielka were when they arrived here and for me are better players when they arrived.

It's not only about the quality of player mate, although obviously if matters a lot, it's about having someone whose a natural leader at the back alongside him, he's a bit wild, positionally can wander etc, he needs that lad alongside who grabs hokd of him and takes control of the backline.

Generally at Keane's and zoumas age it's already apparent if they are that type, neither for me are or ever will be.

Do you think Mina is a leader? I think he is.

For me a covering player with ;ace would be great. Zoom has this skill set.

Said that myself after the City game, Zouma, Mina and Keane at the back, and not one of them took it upon themselves to show some leadership, they all just stood there looking at each other when the goals went in.
