....from what was said, Silva and Brands both wanted him in before the England game. I’d still like to see him given an extended run with Zouma, but they’ve only started together twice (won one, Drew one).
Regardless, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s due another lengthy spell on the sidelines with his foot injury.
Played footy with a Colombian yesterday and went to pub afterwards, we were talking about Everton and we both said he was (bad word removed) simultaneously. Oh it was hilarious. He even mentioned mina's positioning and clumsiness. Haha what a laugh.
I've never seen someone so tall look so unimposing in the air. I suspect the continental style of togger suits him more.

People keep saying we have good defenders. The three clowns fighting for the CB places are continually making mistakes. They get nowhere near the first or second ball on set pieces. I blame Silva for the first ball, because our thick, I mean really, really dim players, can’t grasp zonal marking but I blame the thickos for never reacting to the second ball. They are motionless as the opposition players tap in from inside the six yard box.
Can we not have an IQ test before signing our defenders? The level of stupidity yesterday was ridiculous. We had a back four of dumb, dumber, even dumber and the dumbest of them all.

Needs to start games on a regular basis, he’s a good player and will be great for us. Being new to a country and not playing often enough has an impact. Especially when you’re thrown in against a long ball team in sub zero conditions and torrential rain and wind.
