I'm not sure I can believe that when I see that Sandro scored 15 goals in there, and Stuani - who scored 7 goals in a Championship season for Middlesbrough - got 19 in La Liga last year.Aye, he certainly did for Barca, he didn't seem in tune with what the coaches wanted of him. But for Palmeiras he looked a little more stable (plenty of useful vids online with dreadful music), plus he's young still for a central defender so hopefully our coaching can get a good tune out of him.
The big ask is the jump in opposition quality from Palmeiras to Barca is obviously massive and he hasn't proven yet he can keep up. At least the Prem has more weaker sides than La Liga so hopefully that'll help him build up a rhythm.
We can never, ever laugh at Sturridge’s celebration again.
Or that dance Lingard does ffs.
It will be heavenly!

Yeah, tho' sometimes players just do well in some leagues but not in others. It can go the other way too. Another guide is checking the head-to-head Prem vs La Liga clubs in European competitions of the last 5 years...I'm betting it's about a 70/30 ratio in La Liga's favour.
He is South American, it's allowed.

Says the penalty box dancer. lolCelebrations like that aren't welcome at Everton. Sorry.
that's a very unfair comparison when you consider they have barca and real the two best teams in the world
that league has about 4/5 teams in who stature wise are league 2 standards, spain has 3 world class teams ( Madrid teams and barca ) they have Valencia who are decent then 1 or 2 half decent teams then the rest are absolutely garbage
Oh yeah, the top teams are absolutely brilliant don't get me wrong. There's loads of dross though, more than here i'd say.Yeah, tho' sometimes players just do well in some leagues but not in others. You under-estimate the bottom half of La Liga. They're deffo not league 2 standard!
If he dances every week I can forgive him...seems a shy type of lad. I’d be chuffed if we saw plenty of dancing.
