If you take the midfield out of yesterday we do ok. We defend well and as you say it's a lucky goal. 0-0 would have been fairer. But we just create nothing from midfield, and our defense has to repel attacks because they don't break up play.

Our forwards exist on scraps and worked hard.
Agreed. Almost like everything has to be funnelled through Richarlison to bring some vibrancy.

The fight for Europe was always a false dawn for me. We've got a mini pre-season coming up, Carlo has to get some energy in and he needs more time on the training pitch.

But again, not to sound repetitive, but it's an exciting time to be an Everton fan.

We still have a chance for Europe, but we can finish anywhere from 7th to 14th. Thats a big gap.

For me I wouldn't be particularly bothered if we sold him. He's better than Keane. I suppose alongside Holgate and Richarlison he might be the only other player I'd have even a relative interest in us keeping at the club.

I enjoyed the thru ball that he let bounce, could not decide which foot to clear it with while grounding himself and nearly handin them a goal on a plate.

Some of his defending is downright comedy.

Ridiculous.

Doing a stupid dummy with the Wolves player about 15 yards away from him. A case of didn't properly warm up? Genuinely a crock? Or just doesn't want to know and wants out? All 3 I'd say.
