But it makes no sense to blame him for today. He was one of 2 players that actually showed up, the other being DCL

He's been fantastic up to now mate, but I wouldn't say he showed up today considering he only had one touch in the Southampton box and was literally a spectator like the rest of our side out there today.

He's been poor all season I think.

Keep him in the side against Newcastle as Andy Carroll will likely feature at some point but for Utd I would put Godfrey in alongside Keane.

Think there was a bit of arrogance in the team yesterday, its only Southampton, we got tanked

Keane and Holgate (on current form) will be first choice when everyone fit but Mina and Godfrey make a very competitive pool. There isn’t the huge drop off in quality whoever is playing, unlike our forward line, as we’ve just seen with Richarlison’s absence.
