He's clearly turning into a real leader as well, which is great. We sorely, sorely lack players that will take responsibility and pull higher standards out of their team mates. I think it's why Liverpool haven't lost a Derby in over a decade and why we haven't won anything in years.

That's one thing he has on Keane and why I think they complement each other quite well. Keane is an excellent player, but not a leader or a talker.
