Loved him.

However...£120k a week and started 18 games in his last 2 seasons is one of many reasons why we're screwed financially.

….liked him lots and rated him highly but we have to be hard-nosed about these decisions. Even if Mina had no intention of signing a new deal, he shouldn’t have been offered one with his injury record.

I’m wary he never picked up a knock during the intensity of that run-in, yet couldn’t put 2 games together earlier in the season. The sceptic in me says he needed those last performances to get himself a better deal elsewhere. Obviously I can’t prove that but it’s enough to convince me we need somebody more ‘reliable’.

I’ll always think favourably of him but there’s no sentiment here.

The anti-skeptic in me says you’d have thought the same about Calvert-Lewin if he’d lasted the last few too.

I think he always did what he could and truly meant he’d give everything he could when he was confronted by fans in the winter.

I love Yerry and he was our best centre back when fit. Also seemed to be a great influence around the club. Sadly his injury issues and our financial issues make letting him go the sensible option.

Wish him all the luck wherever he ends up next (as long as it isn’t one of our rivals)

…I think you have to have criteria you stuck to in respect of signings and contract extensions. Both Mina and DCL certainly fail that criteria on grounds of games played. Move them on.

I'm really happy we got to see just how good he is again and at a crucial time with the pressure on. Seeing him tell pep to go f himself being an added bonus

100% agree, just don’t think it was through any fault of either of their own… they just don’t have bodies that can handle elite football sadly
