"Adeniran looks an absolutely wonderful footballer"
"Adeniran has been an outrageous find. Beefed that midfield up hugely."

League One
Fleetwood Town - Callum Connolly played full match in 1-0 home win over Shrewsbury Town

Twitter stuff
9' Connolly heads Shrewsbury's long throw away and the visitors resulting cross goes out for a goal-kick.
28' Connolly with a brilliant defensive tackle to stop Shrewsbury's attack.
75' Connolly is brave going up for a header against Daniel Udoh as the Cod Army man wins the ball.
90' Connolly hoofs it clear.

Lewis Gibson was an unused sub for Reading.

Although Gibson isn't playing currently, being in that environment pushing for promotion will be good for him, being in a winning squad as opposed to one getting hammered every week.

Get your point but he needs to be playing to develop. Fair enough we dont expect him to walk straight in but he does need to break into the team at some point otherwise we ahould recall him.

We must have known this was a possibility as we refused to let him play the Carabao cup even when we had hardly any fit CB's.

We dont half seem to choose some horrific loans for our players.

He seem to emerge last season as more of an attacking force, we knew he was always a powerful midfielder . It’s great he’s doing so well, as you say early days and still a long way from our first team but promising .
Playing quite a disciplined role for Wycombe. Must say I'm impressed with what I've seen considering he never seemed that close to even getting a cup appearance for us but I guess that may be our massively inflated squad of average senior pros.

Oh yeah I agree, I was just meaning while he's not at least the environment is a good one, he'll be getting good training with a squad full of confidence as opposed to turning up for a team not doing great where morale is low. Obviously we would prefer if he was playing. Lots of games in the championship 46 is it, plus cups and potential play offs if not guaranteed promotion. He could get a game or two.

Another 90 mins on the Reading bench for Gibson. The worrying thing is they subbed off one of their starting centre backs (Moore) in a straight swap for a different centre back (McIntyre).

See Wycombe got there first win, but Adeniran came off after 55 mins? Anyone know anything about the game/why? Not mentioned on the bbc report.

51: A rare loose pass from Adeniran gives Birmingham a chance as Bela plays in Jutkiewicz, but he shoots early and Allsop saves.

Fan comment
"Adnerian looking classy again so far."
