Maybe that's a better question. It's certainly far harder. Ameobi or Nolito fall into that category. So did Payet which is why I think he was our 2nd choice after Nolito. Shaqiri was rumored to be around that. Inter bought him for 17m. Yarmolenko was rumored to be around 20m and Kono was a free-ish.

Cheryshev would be around 10m-14m. Hard working and provides a lot of assists on the left wing.

Carles Gil is still available and would only cost 3m.

Yarmelenko or Shakiri are probably the only 2 I have seen about 3 games of and Nolito I've seen one and a half. IMO screw all this talk of bloody number 10's and get Carlos Tevez up top with Lukaku and watch it rain goals from August to May!!!!
