Your choice for new No10/winger

Hakim Ziyech would be my choice to Jozzy, i think the lad is going to be a very big star in the next few years. He would fit are team down to the ground, the perfect 10.

My only quibble with Ziyech is he's more of a Barkley type than a Pienaar type. He's a lot more effective in central areas and does all his damage there. I really can't see Barks been moved back into central midfield on a more full-time basis til' next season (if he's still here). I think Dennis Praet could be a decent shout for that Pienaar-esque player. Someone who is predominantly a No.10 but is equally effective out wide. Ziyech has all the potential to be a real star though, and I would be glad if we went for him. Just don't think we will for the reason stated above.

Ziyech can play left midfield no problem.

Gylfi would be boss but no chance they'd sell to us for anything under 15-20mil

I think Fekir would go down well with a lot of Evertonians, especially after a poor game !!!!
 

I think he has the makings of a top attacking central midfielder BUT his finishing is poor.

Would need some time on the left and slowly brought into the centre, oddly he reminds me a bit of Darren Anderton.

Rumoured on loan or permanent?

This Ziyech chap, is he actually 'that' good? Seems to be very highly rated by people on here for a year now...

Any established players he reminds you of?

Also Praet?

Not seen either of them only a quick look at youtube but as always impossible to judge...

Zieych is probably the most realistic signing we could attract in terms of a playmaker, think he could be another Tadic and make a big impact. Sigurdsson would be a good signing but would cost over £15 million you would imagine in the current transfer market.

Januazj is over rated imo he's made his name off scoring 2 goals against Sunderland, any young player that does well for the media darling clubs are over hyped, Ibe, Januazj and Macheda to name just 3 off the top of my head.
 

It is odd that this no. 10 is probably the most trumpeted target of the summer from Martinez himself but we haven't actually had many links in the press apart from Payet.
 
I think Payet wasnt a real target or was a 'smokescreen'.

Can see Elstone negotiating with a few clubs now for the Centre back backup player. Once he is signed i think Martinez will know how much he needs to bring in from sales to get the playmaker (the way he was talking he likely knows who he wants and the price)...

So sales and centre back first i think before a big money move for someone.

I don't rate Barkley much in the role behind the striker. I'm hoping he isn't going to be starting there much next season.
