Why do you think that? He's never once shown that he is capable of doing so and Martinez has already said that he needs to look at continental players for that #10 because theres nobody in England that can pull it off.

He'll not go to a team who isn't playing in Europe mate, simple. He would definitely take us to the next level, but at this point it's unrealistic.

im just putting it out there.. would love to see us linked with someone who has actually shown some sort of premier league brilliance at some point, rather than an obscure, risky european 'star' ..

I think those names are quite realistic. Can't see anyone besides them who could join and improve us.

Monaco brought him for 16mEuro only six months ago and he has a long contract so wouldn't be cheap.

Quality has it's price.

But Barkley, Bernardo and Deulofeu would be a great start to build up a great team.
