Your favourite aspect of supporting Everton

I can't speak for any large amount of our fanbase but in all my years of going to games and living around fellow Blues, I generally find the following

We can take a joke.
We can laugh at ourselves.
We can debate about other footballing aspects without trying to wedge in how great Everton are/were, in every sentence.
We can have other player discussions without having to compare them to our players, to make the other player look inferior (Most of the time it is the other way around).
We don't make up false tables to make us look better than others, despite the format of the real table being established for over a century, and has always been considered as the only way to tell if other teams are better then yours.

And finally, to sum it all up, we are not a cult, we are not them.

It's definitely the reaction on faces when being from Liverpool, you support Everton.
And recently the togetherness of hatred from every club against the rs is a joy to behold.

The list of firsts. Being there first. The history, the longstanding, the dignity (until this year's shirt sponsor that is). The pioneering spirit. No Saudi state can buy what we had and achieved in sport before the days when it became the Premier league pantomime.

I can’t explain it. Probably all of the above. The ability to laugh at ourselves, the 'Typical Everton ' mentality, the never quite knowing what's about to happen. I don't know. It's hard to define. But I wouldn't change it.
