Those sadly all too fleeting times at work when everyone else is sound, you have a great laugh and basically get paid to have fun. It has happened to me twice in about 25 years, only for a year or eighteen months before someone messes it up but it is great when it happens.
Other than that, going on a self-organized holiday. I can understand why some people like to have it all planned out by someone else but just exploring, finding stuff out for yourself and dealing with the unexpected can lead to great times.
