not claiming to be itk was out with my mate last night who is connected to the club told me this knew about koeman way before he was always first choice, - Rom wont be leaving been told he is signing a contract and all this talk is just rumors nobody has actually bid for him, with stones its a case of city meeting our valuation or he will stay, we are still pushing hard for witsel who is happy with our offer, he still is hoping for a better one at least his advisers are

completely agree me mate works for the echo he said nobody at everton under the new regime give anything away

Not sure working for the Echo is considered a connection to the club - if anything, popular opinion suggests that the relationship between Everton and the Red Echo is not that great - or is this 2 different mates and you are just a well connected and popular chap!

hahah sorry our group of mates are connected, just backing up the lads point about information not really coming out of everton the lad who works for the echo said they struggle to get anything from everton now, my other mate is really ever wrong but he has his source, i'm hoping he is right could really do with witsel.

I agree mate - in that case I think the move was leaked from Villa's side as well though. Think it appeared in the Mail first from a midlands-based journo, though I may be wrong...

The Williams thing was definitely leaked from Swansea's side.

Think EFC are mainly a closed book to the Echo since Moshiri's takeover mate! It certainly seems that way. They'll still get bits I imagine, but nothing major until after the fact (e.g. the Koeman deal - the Echo were clueless on it until after it was done)!
