I’ve bought a load of spice packets called Spicentice that are pretty decent. It’s pre made spice mixes and you add a couple of ingredients to them like garlic, ginger, onions then whatever meat the recipe needs. Tonight was Gai Yang Satay chicken skewers. Some of them are excellent and I’d recommend them, they’re mostly pretty healthy to.

I was going to say week after but that was last week. So yes, this started Sunday. Smoked some wings on Sunday and then we've been going to town on good food all week!

Toss them in the air fryer (or deep fryer) for a couple minutes before you eat them to crisp up the skin. Usually the skin is a rubbery mess when you make these without the end.
 

Dysphagia means I visit this thread occasionally just to tease myself. Tonight it'll be a high protein shake with lots of cereals added and then the weekend treat of humus with lots of liquid yoghurt to thin it down. lol

So you tempted her with your wings, good job lol

This wings recipe sounds like a winner so I'm going to persuade my hubby to give it a try very soon.
 

Big night tonight!
Daughter is coming home and staying over for Mothers Day as Mrs PPT is working Saturday & Sunday.
I'm doing:
Chipolata sausages in honey & mustard sauce (wholegrain) followed by
100% homemade burgers with Iceberg lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon and
caramelised onions on a Brioche bun. Homemade wedges. All washed down
with a few Sol beers and a couple of 19 Crimes Chardonnay. I'm hungry already!
