Yeah you are definitely right on the club side, certainly not an attractive proposition at the mo.Am sure we made all the same concessions to El Bilal...What troubles me at the minute is just a quick Google search from the player will bring up negative story, after negative story about the club as a whole.
So much damage has been done over the past 18 months, I worry its scaring players off and especially young and up and coming prospects,who'll rightly want to move a club where they feel can progress in the right environment.
But then Sporting have just signed a player which will put his chances further down the list, also they have outright agreed to let him go.
Unless you're Everton and are paying extortionate wages, then that can't feel great as a player, and you'd surely be happy to move on.
Forget Everton for the mo, The Premier League have just bid for him and will be offering better wages. And want him!!
You'd think that should be tempting enough as long as you're confident in your own ability...
It wont be the club, the league, the wages that kill this, it's the fact we've already made a player thread for him
