Just think Palace never dreamt that we'd offer this sort of money. If they've told him he could go if a decent offer came in, then I can see why the player is upset.

Well if thats the case, they need to think a bit more about the impact of agreeing a price then stopping a player moving. They have a decent record of developing young players, and sit in the middle of a breeding ground for talent, but footballers and agents have long memories.

The Gana situation was different in that we fielded the first bid with a week to go in the harder window and only made him wait 6 months. Zaha has been bid on for a solid 6 weeks now.
