Good luck to him. Think he’s underachieved on the whole, albeit not for lack of effort on his part. Not sure he was ever really a good fit for us, wouldn’t be at all surprised if he looks much improved closer to his home.

I'm not going to lie, I thought around £10m-£12m would have been decent business with 10 months left on a deal. To get in excess of £20m is very good work from the club, but we now need to see reinvestment of this money.

I think, with add ons, we paid Arse around £35 million, which was way over the odds at the time.

If we can get over 20 million, this is good business.

Some good performances for the Toffee's, but so inconsistent, like many of our buys in the last few years.
