he wasn't found innocent, he was never charged with an offence so there was insufficient evidence to even bring a charge to then be later decided by a jury. There may be many reasons why there was insufficient evidence, including that he did nothing wrong to the victim declined to participate in any proceedings and withdrew their evidence. We dont know where this lies, not that it matters for this purpose.

Legal processes meaning he cannot be named in this country.

No further action doesn’t mean innocent or guilty. It just means they didn’t charge for whatever reason.

Unless we've seen the police report, we don't actually know the reasons for there being no charge.

All we know is there was no charge, so to say his life was ruined may not be correct either.

Our points per game metric gets less reliable the further away we get from the 4 win streak. We can get back there as we have the same squad etc, but our current form is way under our season average. That streak looks like the anomaly.

If we’d have won last night, even proper ugly, everything would have felt so much rosier. Could have said played awful, still picked up 3 points etc etc. Tough to be objective after a hideous performance with missed chances.
