Your first match at goodison

Mine was the Everton Wimbledon 3-2 miracle in 1994. Travelled from Worcestershire with 2 fellow Evertonians and a West Ham fan thinking we'd get tickets at the gate only to be told it was a sell out. Stayed outside the stadium hearing all the oohs and ahhs. Was resigned to our relegation until the famous comeback and the din in the stadium told us we'd came back and stayed up. They let us in through the turnstiles at full time and we saw all the celebrating and utter chaos on the pitch as the relief engulfed everyone. Last memory was watching the players come out the ground and trying to get Tony Cottees (my favourite player at the time) autograph only to be totally blanked by him 😅

I think it was Chelsea and we won 3-1. The one thing that always sticks out and makes me laugh was when we got out of the car, a few young lads offered to "look after" the car for us for a fiver lol, I had heard stories but always thought they were joking
A bit late on this but I used to "mind cars " and it was threepence or a tanner . We would go to the ground and get in free at 3/4 time then run like heck back just before the final whistle to collect our "earnings ".

Like eggs I can’t remember the exact game but my dear old dad always use to say that he carried me in so probably early 60s.

Everton vs Notts Forest in 1991, was 0-0 and cost (I think) £5 via the Junior Evertonian card.

Can’t remember much about it except the view of the pitch from the back of the Lower Gwladys.
