Everton Alumni Olivier Dacourt

Go, go, go, go, go, go
Go shorty, it's your birthday
We gon' sip Bacardi like it's your birthday
And you know we don't give a [Poor language removed] it's not your birthday
[Chorus]
You can find me in Dacourt, bottle full of bub'
Mami, I got what you need if you be into taking thugs
I'm into having fun, I thought you felt the same
So baby let me know what's up
[Verse 1]
I'm into having fun, I thought you felt the same
So baby let me know what's up
Shorty wanna thug, bottles on ice
Like a movie, yeah
Everything crisp, Gotti fitted precisely
I'm about to call a timeout, shorty acting naughty
Looking at her watch, she already know what time it is
I'm a pimp in Gucci sneaks
Bitches treat me like I'm the [Poor language removed]
Liquor pouring, you already know how we get
I'm trying to leave with somebody, tonight
Let's see who's the lucky one
[Chorus]
You can find me in da court, bottle full of bub'
Mami, I got what you need if you be into taking thugs
I'm into having fun, I thought you felt the same
So baby let me know what's up
[Verse 2]
Now shorty said she down to ride, I told her hop in the ride
We hit the highway doing 'bout a hundred and five
Windows down, screaming, "Money ain't a thing"
Matter of fact, I took it out, showed her the diamond ring
She like the way I flick my wrist, she like the way I talk
Kissed her on her lips, told her she was soft
She got a light-skinned friend look like Michael Jackson
Got a dark-skinned friend look like Wesley Snipes
I ain't never seen a crowd do it like we do
We do it real big, just like the VIPs
They know we rock the hottest spots, we know how to party
I brought my gat, but I ain't come to hurt nobody
[Chorus]
You can find me in da court, bottle full of bub'
Mami, I got what you need if you be into taking thugs
I'm into having fun, I thought you felt the same
So baby let me know what's up
[Bridge]
My flow, my show, brought me the dough
That bought me all my fancy things
My crib, my cars, my jewels, my broads
Nigga I done came up
I used to sell crack rock, now I sell out shows
I'm trying to tell you, dawg, it ain't no mystery
I get money, money I got
One thing I don't got, is a lot of patience
Shorty if you want to leave with me now let's go
[Chorus]
You can find me in da court, bottle full of bub'
Mami, I got what you need if you be into taking thugs
I'm into having fun, I thought you felt the same
So baby let me know what's up
[Outro]
Go, go, go, go, go, go
Go shorty, it's your birthday
We gon' sip Bacardi like it's your birthday
And you know we don't give a [Poor language removed] it's not your birthday
Haha, yeah!
50 Cent!
G-Unit!

Walter was building the makings of a very good side - Dacoure, Materazzi, Collins, Hutchinson, Ferguson, Campbell, Bilic, Jeffers - but it fell apart a few months in with Big Dunc sold from out under him.

Had he been backed properly - and not been a pawn in a Hamperman's Ponzi scheme - I think we would have gone places. As it was, the only place we were going was the Endsleigh League.

Bilic hardly played for Walter. Infact by the time Walter arrived, he didn’t play that many games in the rest of his career I don’t think. He must be up there with one of the worst signings we’ve ever made in terms of what was a big outlay at the time becoming us giving him away on a free just two years later, probably after having to pay him off too. Couldn’t believe it when he was linked with coming back as manager once like he was some kind of Everton legend. We may as well have gone the whole hog and got Danny Williamson in as his assistant.

Even with those players in the team we were rubbish.

The feller was notorious for playing boring football.

John Collins has to be one of the biggest wastes of money in Everton history BTW.

Remember vividly, just finished primary school, went on a great month holiday driving around Scotland after a wedding in Loch Lomund, reading through gossip columns in the daily mirror (which was decent at the time) and seeing these new players in our lovely white away shirt at the time, about to enter secondary school. It had so much promise.

I was young, and I know we went through a last day survival the season before, but it was the first time I felt an "Everton that" whilst being a fan.

He might be the biggest disappointment as a signing. I remember him being great for Monaco against Man Utd in the Champions League and I was super excited to get him.

tbf to Smith, he could spot a player now and again. Just a shame it was a all a big game of musical chairs because the owner was taking the pish.

Was it just agent johnson that was the reason for football league rules being altered re club ownership? was he the only offender? (Us and Tranmere).
