From Merseyrail website - A special matchday timetable will be in operation with additional train services before and after the 14:00 kick-off. 8-car trains will be in operation as part of the special timetable, to help accommodate the higher number of customers expected to travel.
Why would anyone book a single seat in the Family stand.... Did people not see the advisory information when they went to book the seats!
So frustrating as we had to select other seats as our preferred row / area was taken by a single seat not allowing us to select. This has now become available because they have had to move out of the family stand.
However, it is Everton policy that tickets cannot be changed!

I blame the club for that to be honest, they should have ensured it just wasn't possible to do that. There'll always be 'user error' issues with stuff like that, they needed to factor that in and just take out the option to do it.
Agree they should have put something in place..... but it was obvious with a clear instruction when purchasing the tickets that there must be a junior included. Should have stopped it right there and then but it is also selfish taking a single seat meaning couldn't get 3 seats together.
Surely they should or could make exceptions in cases like this, especially if they were doing similar for Club View allowing people to relocate there when the seats again became available. Or is it just hospitality and more money allowing for the tickets to be changed!
I paid for 2 on March 6th and only got my email yesterday, the link to 'add to wallet' wasn't working and nothing was showing in the app.
Made a quick phone call to the ticket office this morning and I'm now sorted.

My ticket came through today for Sunday, chose a seat up in the gods in the South stand, feel like a kid waiting for Christmas!
